All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Most are shipped the same day payment is received.
If you are unhappy or not satisfied with your purchased item, refunds are given excluded the shipping amount, within 14 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is defective or we made a mistake there is no charge. Please contact us prior to sending your order back so we are aware of your plans. We ask that all returns include a copy of the sales invoice as well as a phone number or email address. Thank you!
